    How do I reach Gigaro by boat from Sainte-Maxime?+
    Depart from Sainte-Maxime port, head south along the coast towards La Croix-Valmer. Allow around 35 minutes of sailing. Gigaro beach is located at the foot of Cap Lardier, facing south. Anchorage is on sand bottom in front of the beach.
    Can you anchor off Gigaro beach?+
    Yes, anchorage is available on sand bottom, 3-5 metres depth. The beach faces south and is reasonably sheltered from the Mistral. In summer, respect marked swimming zones and stay 100 metres from shore. In strong easterly winds, nearby L'Escalet cove offers better shelter.
    Is Gigaro good for snorkelling?+
    Yes, the rocky areas at each end of the beach are ideal for snorkelling. Visibility often exceeds 15 metres. Expect to see sea bream, wrasse, damselfish, octopus and colourful sea anemones. Bring your own gear — there are no rental shops on site.
    How much does a day trip to Gigaro cost?+

    May to October, with peak conditions from June to September. Water reaches 24-26 degrees in summer, visibility is at its best and sailing conditions are most stable. In May and October the beach is quieter and rates are more affordable.
