What happens in bad weather?
If weather prevents safe navigation (wind > 30 knots, swell > 1.5m), we arrange an alternative chauffeur-driven ground transfer via a partner company. Any surcharge is at our expense. Decision made 4 hours before departure.
Are children allowed?
Yes, from 3 years old. We provide life jackets suited to all sizes. For babies, a certified boat car seat can be installed on request. Children particularly love this transfer — feels like a film-style water taxi.
