How many people can you host?
From 6 to 30 people depending on format. 6-12 pax on a single yacht, 13-30 pax on two synchronised boats in flotilla. Above 30, mega-yacht charter rental (on quote, €5,000-12,000/day).
Can we do presentations on board?
Yes. Bluetooth sound, retractable 40" screen available on some boats (Lady L, La Vie Est Belle), wireless mic, shared note tablet. For a real meeting format, we add a sea flipchart and pooled 4G connection.
Is catering included?
No, billed as an option. Three formulas with our partner caterer in Sainte-Maxime: coffee break (€15/person), Provençal lunch (€65/person), onboard gourmet dinner (€120/person). Table service or buffet per your request.
What team-building activities are possible?
Flotilla regatta (2 boats racing each other), coastal treasure hunt (object search in anchorages), sober onboard session with sports coach (yoga, stretching), timed snorkel challenge. We co-design the programme with your HR.
Is there suitable corporate invoicing?
Yes. Quote within 48h with your company registration number (VAT ID), invoice with intra-EU VAT if your company is outside France, 30% deposit + balance D+7 post-event. Card, wire or split payment (Alma 3x, no fees). Dedicated corporate account for multi-date seminars.
