- Mistral (NW) · Baie des Canebiers is naturally sheltered. La Moutte can be exposed above 20 knots — we then switch to Anse de Bertaud or La Bouillabaisse, well protected.
- Easterly (east) · rarer but creates chop on the Cap de Saint-Tropez side. We then favour Baie des Canebiers and the western coves of the peninsula.
